Rebranding project including designing a new character, stream overlays and logo
In the summer of 2021 we have taken on a job for a streamer to help them rebrand by creating a new character design. In fall of 2021 the character was then drawn and rigged by another artist and we were asked to create stream overlays, badges and point icons matching that live2d model.

PROJECT ERIOS
Creating a vtuber persona from a simple description "Handsome Goat Tuber"
In the late early fall of 2021, Nana was in a conversation with a new streamer with the name CrazyKuchen where the idea of creating a new persona based off a goat came into motion. From there, Nana had a spontaneous stream, where a first version was drawn, a charming looking young man with horns.
This idea has then been developed even further with a live2d model based of that idea which went through multiple hoops (Pan from Greek mythology, shepherd, shepherd's flute, staff weapon, wild look).

PROJECT EBRU-HIME L2D
Designing and rigging a Live2D model based on Ebru's existing 3D models.
In the end of 2021, Nana had a casual chat about Live2D with Ebru-Hime, an established streamer, known for using many 3D models of their persona wearing different outfits.
Ebru mentioned that it would be nice if someday Nana could make her Live2D model. Hearing that, Nana has started working on a model as a surprise gift, seeing it as the perfect opportunity to test out new boundaries.
The project took roughly 1 week to produce a first version of the rigged model, ready for testing and refinement. A mascot has also been brought into life in the process, a little ghost going by the name of "Lokumata".
The model was created with changing clothes as an option in mind, following the trend of Ebru's 3D models, meaning the character has a bottom layer which is also correctly rigged and new clothes parts can be assigned to those deformers.

PROJECT KYSCHIE
Designed and created a Live2D model for a dear friend.
In the Summer of 2021, when Nana first continued being involved on the internet again after a long time of being away from social media.
One fateful day during a stream on Twitch, two individuals have crossed paths, one was a new viewer and the other probably the most fast acting moderator in a busy chat ever witnessed by any human in history.
These two individuals quickly became acquaintances and found themselves interacting on a regular basis.
With both not being active in streaming but both somewhat contributing to other streamers work, both joked around with the idea of streaming.
It didn't take long that from a casual joke, it became somewhat of an experimentation phase for both parties as a PNG was quickly created for the individual we nowadays all know as Kyschie by the other individual we nowadays casually call Nana.
As time went, both have experimented with smaller streams / stream collaborations here and there where at a point it was decided that Kyschie received a whole redesign on their model, as well as receiving a first Live2D rig accompanying the new design.

PROJECT ZEETA
Some sort of a troll model that kinda stuck
In Q1 of 2022, a joke went around my Twitch community which I admittingly started myself of becoming an ambassador of facial skincare by becoming a zit vtuber... and look and behold that joke stuck and we went from a mere joke to a full-fledged live2d project.
We occasionally bring out Zeeta in the Nana streams and it's always a lot of fun. It throws new watchers off and it has become a one of a kind inside joke for the community

PROJECT Jojo123die SD
A simple "animal form" project for the moth vtuber Jojo123die
Jojo123die handed in a request to design and create a live2d model of herself in a "moth form". This is a simple rig with no special features such as expressions at the point it was shipped out.
The model features a mouth which was created to track the mouth form using a microphone (25 different states).
This is the first SD-scale model Nana's ever approached and the whole production from design to the current rig took roughly 1 week.

PROJECT M.S.R
Live2D project for a good old friend (and sub badges).
Project M.S.R. (Machina Suzu Rokka) started in 2021 and was postponed until Spring 2022 after the character was designed, where it was then properly rigged.
M.S.R. will be using this model for streaming and we can all look forward to where this project will go. I for one am looking forward to it.
M.S.R. has been a regular co-op guest on the Gachiko Nana twitch channel.

PROJECT Flewt
Live2D project for a badger
This project started with a 'let's create a model for a friend and mod who wanted to become better at being a mod, and the conclusion was "I want to try streaming like a vtuber myself so that I can do a better job".
As a result, I've created a 'low fidelity' model with basic rigs for exactly that purpose in a fairly short amount of time. The design of the model is based of fellow vtuber Mysko's design, of which's channel Flewt is also frequently modding for.
A counterpart of Flewt also exists as part of 'Project Rebellion' of which another Flewt is the main protagonist, dubbed 'Detective Flewt', a private investigator.

PROJECT Mori
Live2D rig job
Mori was recommended to get in touch with me for rigging her new model through my vtuber child Azzy.
The model was drawn and cut by another artist (I have never bothered to ask who it was, sry).
This was an interesting project, since the model was prepared in ways I personally would have done differently, so it was definitely worth going through.

PROJECT Shyluckyme
Live2D project with a long but fun design journey
Shy was recommended to get in touch with me by vtuber child Erios. There wasn't too much to start with so instead of having a clear vision, we went the co-creative exploration route instead. I've prepared many quickly done iterations in paint (simple is the best), and then we've spliced and diced the different versions until we have found one version which seemed the best to continue working on.
Then we went through the whole colour palette to find one which worked for shy, and the rest is history.

PROJECT Nana : Meer
Side character of the 'Navelreid' storyline, Meer, offspring of the ruler of the seas.
Originally labeled as "Gachiko 008m 'Meer'", this character was later refurbished as a fellow member of Nana's crew in the 'Navelreid' storyline. This model was rigged within 3 days as a refresher model to prevent to fully get out of practice.
Meer is based on a sea lamprey.

PROJECT Rin Rin Mandarin
Alternate version of a Nana, the one who has embraced chat's persistence and was convinced into believing to be a duck.

This Nana has an actual whole own branding and has currently taken over the original Gachiko Nana brand and channel. Inspired by mandarin ducks.
